Contact hours of the Lahr Foreigners' Registration Office

The staff of the Foreigners' Registration Office can be reached by telephone at the following times

  • Mondays 09:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesdays 14:00 to 16:00
  • Thursdays 09:00 to 12:00.

The time beyond this is used for background work and to attend pre-arranged appointments. Contact can also be made at any time directly via the respective clerk by e-mail. The individual contact details and numerous application forms can be found on the Lahr city website. Appointment requests can also be sent centrally to termin.ABH@lahr.de. As, due to the current situation, it is currently not possible to make a personal appointment, please send the application documents to be submitted by post, email or by dropping them in the letterbox at the citizens' office, stating your personal contact details.

How to reach the Foreigners' Registration Office Lahr

The administrative officers of the Foreigners' Registration Office are reachable by telephone during the following time frames only:

  • Monday 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday 02:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m.
  • Thursday 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The remaining time frames are being used for administrative work and prearranged appointments. There is also the possibility of contacting the respective administrative officer by e-mail. Due to the current situation there is no possibility to welcome you personally inside our office building without a prearranged appointment; therefore, we kindly ask you to send the forms you wish to submit by post, e-mail or by putting them into the postbox in front of the Citizens' Service Center (Bürgerbüro).
