Here you will find an overview of the opening hours, admission prices and contact persons for the Stadtpark Lahr as well as a map of how to get there.

Out of consideration for the animals roaming freely in the city park , dogs are not permitted in the park. Please refer to the park regulations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for Saturday, June 20, 2026 (open-air concert at the bandstand):

The city park will close at 5:00 p.m. on this day; last admission is at 4:00 p.m.

We ask guests attending the open-air concert to arrive on foot, by public transportation, or by bicycle if possible, as parking spaces are limited on this day due to another event. Alternatively, the parking lot at the Terrassenbad may be used if spaces are available. We appreciate your understanding.

NOTICE

Starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, admission to the city park will be charged, and visitors may enter until 6:00 p.m. The park closes at 7:00 p.m.

Effective immediately, we will no longer accept adult books as donations for the open bookshelf in the wine bar. If you have children’s books , we are still happy to accept them. We appreciate your donation.

You can purchase annual passes for Lahr City Park not only at our Citizens’ Office and at the City Park ticket office. Starting now, you can also purchase passes online at our Virtual City Hall.

Lahr Pass holders receive a 50 percent discount on the above prices.

NOTE in the event of loss/destruction of a purchased annual pass (normal):

  • When purchasing an annual pass (family/adults/children), please keep the proof of purchase!
  • If you lose your annual pass or it has been accidentally destroyed, you will receive a new annual pass for a processing fee of €10.00 on presentation of the proof of purchase at the ticket office.
