The indoor pool in Lahr offers a wide range of activities for people of all ages.
Since its opening in 1974, the baths have been completely renovated and bathers can choose between different pools, which together measure more than 500 square meters of water.
Easter time - family time
The motto for this year's Easter vacations at the Lahr indoor pool is once again: "Easter time - family time".
The popular family pool days will once again take place in the indoor pool from March 31 to April 12, 2026. During this period, families can use the pool for €11.00 per family.
Advance booking for the terrace pool starts
Advance sales for the Lahr Terrassenbad start on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Until Sunday, April 30, 2025, discounted season tickets for the terrace pool are available at the ticket office of the Lahr indoor pool.
A season ticket regularly costs 110 euros for an adult, but tickets are available in advance for 105 euros. Children and young people pay 55 euros instead of 60 euros.

The Lahr indoor pool has a lot to offer

On the one hand, there is the swimmers' pool, which measures 25 by 10 meters. The four lanes are equipped with starting blocks, allowing a refreshing jump to get off to a dynamic start.
Various courses are also offered in the non-swimmers' pool.

The teaching or non-swimmer pool measures 12.5 by 9.5 meters and is ideal for having fun in the water and learning to swim without risk. Due to the low water height, there is also space for a wide variety of games or the programs offered by the indoor pool.

Of course, there is also a pool for the very little ones, with warm water that invites them to play and splash around. This is located in direct view of the non-swimmers' pool, allowing parents to keep an eye on their younger and older children at the same time.
A highlight for many visitors is the diving pool. This is equipped with a diving tower that offers three diving levels of one meter, three meters and five meters, providing plenty of thrills.

The indoor pool also offers a wide range of courses to help visitors keep fit. Aqua Zumba, swimming courses for babies and toddlers, water gymnastics, aqua fitness and aqua jogging are just some of the activities on offer. There is something for everyone here!

During the current season, the indoor pool team provides a wide-ranging entertainment program for guests:
Children's swimming courses for children from the age of five take place throughout the indoor pool season. Price: 125.00 euros for 10 sessions and 2 additional lessons. The children's swimming courses take place during the week from 14:30 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00.
Water gymnastics for everyone takes place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 09:30 to 10:00, free of charge and without registration.
Every Friday there is a play afternoon from 14:00 to 17:00 where various water play equipment is provided.
Aquafitness takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 18:30 to 19:15. Price: 95.00 euros for 10 sessions.
Baby swimming always takes place on Fridays. The sessions take place from 09:30 to 10:15 or 10:15 to 11:00. Price: 75.00 euros for 6 sessions.

On two days a year (usually the first Monday in the Easter vacations and Monday in the fall vacations), the Lahr indoor pool is open from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm for women and girls only. Admission is reduced and costs €3.
The next women's pool day will take place on Monday, 27.10.2025.
