City Park Photo Gallery

The city park will be open again from Wednesday, May 6, 2020.

This year, many fans and friends of the city park had to do without the blooming of the 20,000 or so tulips donated annually by the Friends of Lahr City Park. However, the easing of restrictions by the state government has come just in time to enjoy the bright colors of the azalea and rhododendron blossoms.

In addition to the usual distancing rules, the following special features must be observed in the city park:

Mouth and nose masks are mandatory at the cash desk and kiosk. In general, a distance of at least 1.50 meters must be maintained between people. As the total number of visitors is limited to 500 people, the park or individual attractions may be closed depending on the number of visitors. At the moment, as in other public life, you should show understanding for waiting times at the park ticket office.

The staff, especially all the gardeners, have been working flat out during the closure to ensure that the Stadtpark shines in all its beauty for all visitors when it reopens.
