In addition to the parking guidance system, there is a Parking Flyer to show you all parking possibilities. The handy leaflet is published by the Department for Municipal Affairs, Public Relations and City Marketing, and uses clear graphics to tell you exactly how long you can park for, the costs, and the type of car park. Disabled parking spaces are indicated separately. There are separate symbols to indicate underground car parking. Other parking in Lahr includes local public transport stops as well as bicycle and car-sharing parking spaces. The Parking Flyer is available in printed form from the citizens’ service centre (BürgerBüro) and the KulTourBüro tourist information centre.
Several companies within the Lahr Advertising Association refund a proportion of parking fees.
