The route takes through a diverse landscape of vineyards. The trip impresses with expansive views and delightful glimpses into the Schutter Valley, across the whole of Lahr and as far as the Voges and into neighbouring Alsace. An exceptionally delightful and ecologically valuable cultural landscape with small, structures vine terraces opens itself up to walkers.

Ascend the Obertorstrasse, keep following the blue grape in the red circle, then take the Kammweg back to the city centre
