A new mobile home park opened in Lahr on 14 May 2016.
The park, which is open all year, is at the entrance to the Schutter Valley, in Lahr-Kuhbach the eastern side of the city.

Surrounded by the foothills of the Black Forest, the mobile home park is signposted, and is connected to the city by a cycle path and a footpath. There is also a bus stop within walking distance. The site has direct access to the Rhine-Schutter Valley cycle route, and on to countless mountain bike routes and hiking trails.
